Breathe & Reset: A Guided Experience

Feeling tired, stressed, or mentally overloaded? Breathe & Reset is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you restore energy, calm your nervous system, and feel more at ease in your body. You’ll begin with simple, short breathing practices you can use anytime to reduce stress and anxiety, followed by a longer, deeply restorative breathwork practice to support rest and renewal.

 

No prior breathwork experience is needed, and you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

 

About Your Guide

Zee Clarke is the author of Black People Breathe and a breathwork practitioner trained in India. She leads breathwork and mindfulness experiences that help people reduce stress, restore energy, and reconnect with their breath. Zee has worked with organizations including Google, Visa, and HSBC, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her work has been featured in Oprah Daily, Forbes, Fortune, CNBC, Essence, Ebony, and Fast Company.
