Mindfulness & Self Care Workshop

Wednesday, May 11

5pm ET/4pm CT/2pm PT

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation," said Audre Lorde. Now, more than ever, it is important that we take care of ourselves so that we can have the strength to move forward, regardless of what comes our way. Join HBAS and Harvard Business School alum Zee Clarke for a workshop on mindfulness and self care.  In this workshop, we will learn self-care tools including mindfulness practices, breathwork, optimizing our morning/evening routines and more, so that we might find balance and grounding in an ever changing world.   Please note this event will not be recorded.
