Research suggests we have a less than 1% chance of being fulfilled in LIFE if we’re not also fulfilled in our CAREERS. Yet many of us fall victim to the common trap of assuming (or hoping) that we will have enough time left outside of work (i.e., in our relationships, faith communities, extracurricular activities, etc) to make it worthwhile. Our findings indicate that this is wishful thinking at best.

Passionate about storytelling, specifically stories that help authors and their audiences find joy, purpose and meaning. Craig Robinson's upcoming book, The Happiness Reboot, explores the pursuit of happiness and its impact on leadership and personal growth.

This three-part seminar is designed to help you take practical steps to course-correct and write about your journey or lessons learned. Whether you’re a young to mid-career professional who needs to pivot, or a seasoned executive contemplating their legacy season, this workshop is for you.

What you can expect:

  • Session 1 - Understanding the component parts of professional fulfillment and what it means for you.
  • Session 2 - Exploring strategic but practical actions for bringing your current career into alignment with your happiness and fulfillment needs.
  • Session 3 - Identifying and preparing for the “happiness traps”, the most common pitfalls we are likely to encounter, even after getting clear on what goodness looks like.

Methodology & Outcomes:

Each session will provide participants with supporting research materials, frameworks and templates. We will also share and learn from each other’s stories and insights in facilitated discussions. In between sessions, you will be encouraged to use the templates and concepts for self-discovery and to create your own roadmap to professional fulfillment.
