Role Overview
The Social Media and Digital Content Associate supports digital outreach and audience engagement through content creation and performance tracking. This role reports to the Director of Digital Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage social media content, including design, scheduling, and engagement tracking
- Create videos, graphics, and posts to educate and engage audiences
- Maintain and update website content (WordPress or no-code tools)
- Track analytics and report performance metrics
- Collaborate across teams to align messaging
Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in social media, digital content, or fundraising
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Creative, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- Preferred: advocacy/campaign experience, video editing, bilingual (English/Spanish)
