donate to hbas
The Harvard Black Alumni Society is incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. HBAS is not financially supported by Harvard University or related entities. As a mainly volunteer-run organization, individual donations are of great importance to our ongoing operations. By making a tax-deductible donation to HBAS you'll help ensure that our organization continues to grow and serve the alumni and broader communities in a sustainable manner. Below please find a couple of the ways we use your donations.
HBAS SUMMER COMMUNITY SERVICE FELLOWSHIP
HBAS supports the HBAS Summer Community Service Fellowship, which enables Harvard undergraduates to perform public service in one of several communities across the country. We currently provide one fellowship a year, but with your support, we can provide multiple fellowships.

(Postponed to 2021)
For the first time ever, HBAS will join the Harvard Asian American Alumni Alliance, Harvard Latino Alumni Alliance and Native American Alumni of Harvard University in hosting Unity Weekend, a three-day conference convening and celebrating Harvard alumni of color. Open to all alumni, the weekend will be a forum for diverse communities to come together for candid conversations on complex issues at the intersection of identity, inclusion, and impact.
